Earlier today,
IGN.com announced that they would release the first (teaser) trailer for MotorStorm 2 at approximately 6PM (GMT). Instead of waiting, however, to release the trailer at the designated time, IGN.com went ahead and released the trailer early.
Aside from the intense racing experience, which MotorStorm 2 is guaranteed to deliver, we can expect a four player split-screen mode and online play with support for up to sixteen player’s altogether. From what we’ve been able to gather from the trailer itself, instead of the barren terrain that we saw in the first game, MotorStorm 2 is focused on a more Tropical environment.
Now, if you watched the video, you probably noticed the scene where the large structure crashed down onto the track after a vehicle had clipped its side.
Obviously, this is a sign that Evolution Studios is working to add more obstacles that could possibly affect the outcome of the game and they’re essentially adding more interactivity as well.
