According to the PlayStation Blog, the Metal Gear Online Beta has been postponed from its original launch date today (April 21) to Saturday (April 26). Luckily it has also been extended until May 11th from the previous May 5th cutoff date.

*Beta Codes still expire on May 5th so enter them ASAP*

I am extremely upset by this news, as I'm sure many of you are. (Especially for those of you with upcoming AP exams). As much as I love Konami, this is a bit ridiculous after making us jump through all of these Konami ID and missing beta digit hoops. So Konami, if you're reading this, please get rid of the Konami ID and just stick to the PSN ID like normal games. Thanks.
